AirlineApps Employment History?

guywhoflies

Y'NO WUT IM SAYIN
I know that airlineapps says to "enter your complete employment history". I have spent the last 2 hours trying to enter every little summer job I ever had. Do they really want to know about the summer I spent making salads in a restaurant kitchen for $5.75/hour or is it for flying related jobs??? Is this so they can verify stuff during a background check? Thanks for the help.
Signed,
the guy with 15 jobs:crazy:

I hate the "List every country you have ever visited and dates there" question for visa applications. I had to make a spreadsheet, and even then that is only countries that put a stamp in my passport (lot's don't, like France...)

I don't think I could even remember all of the jobs I have had. High School summer jobs are rarely relevant to anything, I wouldn't bother.

Don't omit anything. They are not just looking at the job, but also at any gaps in employment.

Still, a background check does 10 years. Just get EVERYTHING from 10 years past in there and go with that.

Usually they only care about the gaps after college. Not everyone works 100% of the way through college. Some only work during breaks and other don't work at all. All I put were my last three jobs. I could have one extra show up but it was a high school summer job that payed crap. I suppose that would help me get into colgan...

Thanks for the replies. I listed all of the jobs, what a pain in the ass! I will let you know if I a) get an interview and b) how the interview turns out (in relation to the jobs issue).

Print a hardcopy of that information now. You will thank yourself later!

Good luck!
