Bay Area Cessna 206 Pilots Wanted

Aperture Aviation is looking for qualified pilots:

Aperture Aviation is an Aerial Photography company located in San Jose, Ca we operate a fleet of Cessna 206s. We are currently reviewing resumes that meet the following criteria:

• Commercial Pilot Single Engine Land
• CFI preferred
• 20hrs in type preferred
• Total Time: Prefer 800hrs (500 min)
• PIC: 400hrs
• Instrument (actual or simulated): 50hrs (Must be Instrument current and proficient)
• Hours last 12 months: 120hrs
• G1000 experience preferred
• Current First Class Medical
• Pilots must live within 2hrs drive time of San Jose or be willing to re-locate
• Must sign 6 month commitment

Schedule will be 8 on 6 off, 2 pilots will be crewed per aircraft, submit a resume and cover letter to aperture.aviation@gmail.com

If your experience meets our criteria we may contact you for more information and to schedule an interview. Please only submit a resume if you meet our minimums.

Thanks for the posting. Its a little far from me but I'm doing some photowork down here and its challenging for sure. Any info on pay? I must also add thats a pretty good schedule, are you home often or is travel all over the West Coast? I also wanted say its good to see the minimums drop for these gigs, a year ago it probably would've been 1000-1200 hours easy...

Not a re-post. We are looking into hiring more pilots within the next few months.

Travel is all over, pilots are flown home for the 6 days off. We look forward to reviewing resumes from qualified applicants and will post more info as hiring progresses.
 
I'm not sure if its the same company, but I believe we have a member who works here (or at least somewhere similar). If I talk to him I'll see if I can get him to come on and elaborate a bit.

Nevermind, turns out about half the people on here work for that company :-P
