Yep, i'm up here in NH...16 is actually the age but you can get screwed if the rents' decide to pursue it....odd how it works. In any case, none younger then 17, all same grade and all. While i'm at it....We all know the drinking age is 21. If hypothetically speaking, me and the boys were to fly up to a back country grass strip somewhere up north to spend the night with some brews in the back...as PIC am i liable? If "They were in a passenger's bag and i had no knowledge of his cargo contents." I mean the stuff that gets on the airliners these days....would i be screwed here or my passenger? I didnt see anything in the FARs, of course state law applies but as far as transporting in an aircraft is concerned. Anyone?

This thread just gets better and better.

I think the best bet would be to throw the cops off with lots of pot and meth. That way when they roll up they aren't even paying attention to the booze.

Eat the pot. Eat it dude!

"I can't pull over any farther sir!"
"He can't pull over any farther sir!"

Ahem, as for the less than legal stuff here... just use common sense and don't be stupid.

Ok....so keep the brews and planes seperate. Check!

Be damn careful even when not around planes underage. You get a minor in possession or any other alcohol related thing, you'll have to report that on your next medical... or possibly right away. The FAA doesn't like those so much.
