One day a small plane like this is going to crash into a school and kill a bunch of innocent children. Small plans should be banned from the sky as there is no use for most of them. The jock sniffing yuppies should find a new hobby.

To respond to your thought, no, it doesn't look minimal.

Looks like a J-3 Cub to me. I suppose if it lost an engine it would be a glider though. Looks totaled to me (cost to repair > value of aircraft), but I'm not an insurance adjuster so what do I know.
