If you just wanna study, and not use in real life, I believe they have some outdated ones at this site. Some of them are actually the current charts. http://charts.vatsim.net/

getting an interview with Copa?

The US jepp look the same as any central and south American plate, some of the info are going to be in meters..

There are some type of approaches that are not common in the US, like an NDB localizer, NDB DME...but for the rest it is the same thing

the Govt plates are on-line:

Brazil http://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br/aisweb/

You can also get, for pretty cheap the one used for Flight Sim..
