Congrats to Dale!

From the first time I met Dale, he has been my hero. His professionalism and humble spirit is so refreshing, and he has done an incredible job of paying it forward with our young pilot hopefuls. I wish you the very best young man with your career and your music.

Actually, I considered starting a big forest fire near where you work so I could wave hello :hiya: as you dump flame retardant on my head. I like you that much......:insane:

Seriously, Congratulations Dale, we are all very proud of you.

Dale has to be one of the best examples of what the entire JC "spirt" embodies.

Networking, kindness, paying-it-forward, professionalism... humor & good attitude to boot. :)

Best of luck with the new chapter in your life Dale!

x2 :yup:

I can remember NJC '04 in the Hawthorne Double-Wide, Dale was one of the first people that introduced himself to me. He is a shining example of the values that Doug has tried to set for the community here at JetCareers.

Career changer -> ATP Grad -> King Air pilot -> SkyWest FO -> Skywest CA -> Fire-Fighting Tanker FO -> whatever he sets his mind to.

Were it not for JC I am pretty sure he would not have had one of the above jobs. And he started all this at the ripe age of 40 if I recall.

Enjoy your season and Fly Safe

Congrats, Dale. Really cool hearing how you've progressed through a flying career the way you have. Enjoy showing fires who's boss. :rawk:

I just happened upon this thread! I sit here with tears in my eyes appreciating this community. I would never have even known where to begin if it weren't for the wisdom in the archives and spread generously daily here.

I am truly humbled and very appreciative of all the kind words...:o

I will miss seeing you around to Chase... you really do epitomize what Customer Service really means up there at that very tough desk. I have numbers for you by the way on the flight instructor in CIC check PM...

You mean I'm the only one who swats at him to get away when he asks for my autograph?
:)

Dale's a god. He's not a-freight of anything. ;)
just a guy, trying to get along! and very p(h)unny by the way

we do deliver a product, we just drop it off, rather than unload it :)
CONGRATULATIONS Dale on this exciting new adventure in your professional life!! I wish you to fly well and have fun.

May I help you with this??
you light my fire:D

I did get your autograph... a black eye was well worth it!:bandit:

Hey, At least I'll know who I'm cutting off in the pattern out in PTV when you are in Tanker 27. Look out for the Barons, not so much the Bonanzas (they haven't learned fear yet.) How long are you up there for?

Dale's a god. He's not a-freight of anything. ;)

we were watching the missed approaches (off of the VOR?)... next time you are doing the circle, flash your landing lights.... and use caution for wake turbulence!!!:D

As far as how long we'll be here, it depends on the Forest Service....we are under national dispatch so we could be gone by 0930 tomorrow or here until June! You will see our location in my avatar.

thanks for saying hi
