Employed Again!

After almost 16 months of unemployment/furlough, searching for a job, 800+ resumes, several Pt. 121/135 job interviews and a few others, I received a conditional offer of employment today and accepted an FO position with a company today on the Learjet 25/35/36 and Falcon 20. This job couldn’t have come at a better time, and I am looking forward to this new challenge and opportunity.

I want to give a big thanks to Bandit_Driver for putting up with my e-mails and phone calls and helping me throughout the interview process. :)

Jetcareers is a true goldmine! People on here will bend over backwards and help you out, even if they have never met you before. Just don't be an ass! :D

There is light at the end of the tunnel, things are slowly turning around in this industry!

This is good news. Seems like you're the one always posting jobs on here so I guess it was only a matter of time before you got one of them :) Congrats man.

However I haven't really seen a whole lot of this turning around on my side of things :( Enjoy the new gig.

Congrats man! I'm all about paying it forward, but I often wondered how many job offers you would have gotten had you not posted everything you found on here for others. :D

I don't think I've seen anyone work as hard as you have in the past year trying to find something. Glad to hear somebody on here could help you out!
 
When I was out of work you helped me so much, I can't thank you enough. I am truly so happy for you in this new opportunity. Glad you held out for the right opportunity. Congrats man!!

By any chance did you have your sim interview (at a flight school) yesterday evening?
