if your airspeed indicator freezes, you will never lift off the ground because of insufficient airspeed. also, if it freezes in flight, you cant land bc the a/c wont slow down.

True and, in those cases, I heard you can also hover over the ground if your indicated airspeed is 0.

angel you should know that if you take off with the cowl flap in the wrong position the plane will crash. its on your do-list.
