CFI C.A.R.E. School Experiences?

I found this CFI C.A.R.E. academy in Houston, TX. They get you the CFII as your initial and then you add on the CFI with a DPE. They offer their course with aircraft included for $3735. I was hoping someone had been there or known someone who had been there and could give their review.

My concern is that the price will be obviously lower to draw in students but end up costing $2k more when its all said and done.

I did the CFI CARE course and I'm currently instructing at the school where this course is held. I know the instructor very well and see him on a daily basis.

I can go in depth but I'm typing on my iPhone. Think of somee specific questions and I'll share my experience with the course.

As far as questions that I have, other than the examiner fee and books, are there any other costs that are not included in the $3735? Is there adequate amount of aircraft time for a average student to complete without needing any additional time? Is there an average amount a student spends?

My budget is between $4500-5000. If I spend more and only have a CFII, I'll be screwed.

Personally instead of all the "free stuff" (multi ride, seaplane etc) I would want a flight overage buffer.

I wouldn't be going to this place without a specific goal (getting the CFI) so while the free stuff is nice, it is overall taking away from the primary goal. I never trust places that dangle things other than the main objective.

"And if you order now, we'll throw in this set of tupperware lids. But wait, that's not all...."
