System awards at CJC

I got a early 07 hire capt in my trans class with me right now. But he will be just above the street capts.

Are you sure? The most junior DH4 Captain we have is S.P and he is a mid 2006 hire.

07' hires do not have the seniority yet to hold DH4 left seat.

Ya its C.O. you can look on the August Pref award under forms and his Emp numbers there. Also looks like the Q is going to CYQM starting on the 18th of Feb. What the heck is up there?

I stand corrected!

Junior dash 8 pilot is Jan-Feb'ish 2007 hire

That is Moncton, it is a stand up overnight and is up by Halifax. I believe it is temporary.

Yea I looked on Coair and it shows thru march but didnt look farther but thats a long flight 2h40m. Pushin to the limit! LOL

I'm not far above it. 116 in the company...but soon to be 66 of 75ish in EWR

I'm 180 out of 186 in MEM. Like Ethan said, at least I'm not on the bottom (or displaced to the right seat). Although, the way things roll around here, the top reserve guy and the bottom reserve guy get hosed just as badly.

They revised the list since I originally posted that. Still doesn't matter though as I am still at least 10 CAs from holding a line. Bastiges need to go to freaking Texas.

Neat little city. For us it's a 32 hour layover. It's popular in the summer--people rent cars and go to the Bay of Fundy. No US Customs pre-clearance.

13:30 hour stand up overnight for us. The word on the street is that it would have otherwise been a 32 hour overnight. I also hear that there is no MX there so if you have a discrepency, it's a show stopper.

This has FAIL written all over it!

You mean "Pinnacle Corp" right? :) I can only imagine what our schedules are gonna look like if/when the rest rules go through. Without 8-9 hour overnights, I don't know how Pinnacle can function. PBS can only push pilots so far. Don't know about Colgan, though.
.

I sure hope all our Qs go to IAH and the new ones stay in EWR. We'll have at least 1.5 years of relatively reliable planes.

Well, if it's like what they do with the Saabs, they'll probably swap them back and forth (the Captain America Saabs seem to make their way through the whole system for whatever reason).

Speaking of swapping saabs, and stuff, this is going to sound rather anet-esque, but Colgan should paint up a 'death star' saab in the star alliance paint. All 3 airlines that you fly the saabs for are star carriers, so it would be just as versiatile as a captain america plane.

We actually tried that once a couple years ago and supposedly United went through the roof about it. Apparently Saabs are not worthy of the "highly coveted" Star Alliance paintjobs.

And would look better! :D
