SkyWest poolies flushed?

Heard from a Bro CA today that SkyWest has decided to pull the plug on those still swimming in the hiring pool.

Can anybody confirm?
 
Funny, a Bro CA told me the same thing Fri, but he said it was a rumor and it has to do with a stock holders meeting or something and he doesn't buy the whole "LOA" thing.
 
Like I said in the PM, its rumored that the whole "We're not hiring because everyone who was on a LOA came back" event was really due to the stockholders not wanting some kind of expansion that was going to happen. Lots of people are talking about it, I'm sure Omar or Dale can tell you way better than I can.
 
Yeah because everyone knows you can float in it in a raft with a nice drinky drink and relax. They should send people out into the artic tundra to wait.

Thanks for the info.... For what it's worth, my mentor has no clue about this, and nothing from OO yet as far as emails go... They've actually been updating us every few weeks to a month since being in the pool so I'm hoping I don't get an email anytime soon.:p

Then hopefully its just a rumor. Keep in mind I've also been told stuff like "Our mechanics are being sent to class for Q400 training!" and "WOW theres a -900 in the United colors flying out of DEN!".
 
I was over at the hangar today and nobody had heard any fresh rumors, including that one. This is the first place I have heard it.
