Test cinematography with new camera/lens combo!

Just some flying between Georgia and Florida. Mostly a test reel getting used to using my new JAG35pro 35mm lens adapter... shot with Canon Vixia HF20, Canon 50mm 1.8, cinema mode, 24p, no color correction in post.

Yes i know theres dust on the lens, yes i know the low light res sucks on my cam.... still messing with settings!

Music by Explosions in the Sky, not used with permission, please don't sue me! The music just sounds so great. Go buy all their albums now.
 
Looks great. You guys leave your light bar's up all the time? Or is the video camera just not picking up the LEDs? Looks pretty good, you wouldnt happen to be 410FR would ya?

mission accomplished! Explosions in the Sky is awesome... local band from Austin... all instrumental... you may have heard their music in the Friday Night Lights soundtrack... i would say though, go ahead and buy a complete album... they arent really "track oriented" as most of their music flows very fluidly from one 'song' to the next without any real breaks...their live show is usually 2 to 3 hours of uninterrupted music. delightful!


other note:
yeah I leave my lightbar mounted just because I dont bother to move it out of the way when I ferry... it wasnt turned on though.

i JUST got the lens today so I will be shooting a LOTTTT more with it... I make myself drool with the images it allows me to produce, hopefully I get some of the small technical issues sorted...

Roger, created a Pandora station modeled around them also, getting some other pretty cool stuff popping up. Pandora does a pretty decent job of "flowing" between songs.
 
I do love the Canon 1.8, but I like my 1.4 even more. That said, if I had enough disposable income I'd buy the 1.0 just to say I have one.....

It is the Av8or, and AA only has 5 SP's and the rest are RAM airs old N, M, and P models.
