Another TSA rant.

For those that might of actually been interested in the article, it was written by my brother. I apologize, we flew out of Columbus, not Cincinnati.

My family and I were traveling on AA20 Tickets. My father isn't always the most prepared when we travel. Upon reaching the TSA checkpoint he was stopped for having some jellies and sauces we had purchased while traveling. He decided to go back to the ATO. My father was disappointed because it looked like he was going to have check his backpack. Then he came into contact with John. He went above and beyond by locating his bag. He was more than impressed and came back stating how great John was! John had no clue that I was an employee and that my father was traveling on an AA20 until after. While boarding we met Valerie again who was at the ATO when we checked in. She took great pride in her work. Valerie handled the UM's and helped the other agents boarding the aircraft in such a professional manner. Columbus has an awesome team! Please make sure this letter gets to these two rock star agents and document a CR-1 in their file if possible to express my sincere thanks for their help.
