Proxy started working again, watched episodes 3 and 4.
The girl has the wrong mindset but she's kinda cute with the accent.
If the producers were to see this, they would say "GOOOOD GOOOOOD it is working muahahahaha!"

I will say I think her attitude was a little better this time IMO!

Personally, I was wondering about the Indian pilot left at Hay River... after he figured out how to load the box with the forklift, he used muscle to shove the box in the rest of the way??
I really like this show. Actually, the girl is alright (at a bar, I probably wouldn't turn her away 
), but I think her attitude is alright. After all, She stated her opinion that if she could get the job in 4 months flying that she'd be happy (which one of us wouldn't). I don't recall her saying that she'll "step on anyone" to get what she wants, or that she deserves that pilot slot right now.
Watching episode 4 shows that she is working hard and it is getting noticed. Good for her. The guy who came from Hay river was getting kind of screwed by not being able to be at HQ and get noticed as much, but was it her fault that she did get to start there? Is it her fault that she's getting noticed for her work? I personally think that advancement should be based on longevity but just as important is effort put in. Would you want the guy who just sits around for 4 years not doing much as opposed to the person who's been there 3 years but is busting his/her ass. IMO the 3 year person should get the advancement. She's running doing work quickly and every shot with the guy if IRC he walks to do whatever needs to be done (I know, this could be because he knows how to do something, when to do it and doesn't need to run). But a lot of shots of her were showing her running back and forth. Granted that this could be producers "editing" the videos and just showing him only walking and her running, but from what I've seen, she's putting in a lot of effort to stick it out.
If her effort is rewarded by a pilot slot ahead of the guy, and that reward was based truly on effort and not on favoritism/sexism/soft spot for women, then I do not see that as "cutting in line."
As always, these are my opinions, and I may have missed something or mis-understood something that she was saying, in which case I will admit that I was wrong.
I've noticed that there are still a lot of people having problems getting the videos to play. Using Firefox, I found the easiest was get FoxyProxy. Then goto this website:
http://nntime.com/proxy-list-01.htm
It is a list of current free proxy's that you can use. I just sort the list by country and select Canada and load that proxy (Copy and Paste) into FoxyProxy. Sometimes they're slow but others are quick, just play around with a few.
Also, just in case some people are not computer savvy, the list will show proxy's as
123.12.123.12:1234
When putting this into FoxyProxy, remember that the proxy address is everything up until the ":" the port is after that ":" Nowhere in that address when loading it into FoxyProxy should you leave that ":" So just to clarify, the proxy address from above is 123.12.123.12 and the Port is 1234
