JNU access issues

Had a chat with ppgragman this morning, turns out we're both having issues logging in from home here in sunny Juneau. We're both using GCI cable service at home. I'm currently at work and I have no idea who the ISP is.....
 
Is there a login error that you're having or is it a laggy response from the website?
 
I have no idea why but some websites don't come up for me on internet explorer but they do on netscape. I just figured I had a virus. Maybe try another browser.

p.s. love the pics on your website, hope to join you up there in the spring.
 
No thanks to me, I wasn't able to figure out what the issue was! :)

A lot of ISP's have DNS problems so I generally use OpenDNS at home on the router for reliability.
 
Well, about a minute after my last post I started having the same issue. Now it's fine. Those intermittent mx squawks are always a killer......
 
At work at the moment, but still having issues at home on both the Mac and PC. Will give the Open DNS a shot though.....
