Good Moral Character for AME's

I just found out that my AME was convicted late last year of CSC and was fined, credited for time served and give 5 years probation. The AME must also be chaperoned at all times by another medical professional.

I just checked and the AME is still listed as a senior AME. Is there anything in the AME eligibility guidelines that would prevent the AME from keeping his/her AME status. I will be switching AME's once again.

Stupid question, but what's CSC?

Depending on what state you live in, the political make up of the ethics board and the demeanor of local LE/DA this could be almost anything from having a go at the legal but way young girl in the front office, posting NSFW pics on Craigslist or getting your ya-yas out for World Naked Bike Ride day. Really bad stuff they end up in jail, licenseless and divorced.
