SUCKERS! I doubt I'll ever live in Anchorage ever again. If its going to be that cold you might as well live in Fairbanks or out in the sticks somewhere, or you might as well live in Juneau and embrace the rain. Coldest I've seen down here was at ACE when it was 13 degrees, that beats 1 anyday.

My sentiments exactly!

I was sitting on my deer stand yesterday freezing my azz off. It was 42 degrees. I don't see how you guys take it. Tough guys I suppose. :D

Just three months.

Thank God.

LOL, man that place was messed up. I used to think that the stories were exagerations, but the more people I talk to who tell the same stories, the funnier I find it, and the more the exagerations appear to be real.

Are they still issuing violations through the Capstone system or did they wise up and realize people wouldn't use it if big brother was truly watching?

I didn't know that they were ever using for that around here, and its notoriously inaccurate for that sort of monitoring anyway, "was it turned off, or did he go behind a hill." The Chelton EFIS stays on whether the ADS-B is reporting or not, so what really matters in situations where you need it stays intact.

You should come down to KGFK in February and see if you like it down here. -65F due to windchill... oh, and sunny :). I've always got a futon open.
