Yes, I've done the TEB-HPN flight and always blocked at least 0+45 (in the 60) even on clear days. I am so glad I do not have to deal with NY airspace other than the delays I get when riding in the back!! So much nicer!

The only thing that kept me sane some days was "block or better". You sit in the conga line, or over on AA with the APU running, number 62 for take off, it's all like "ching, ching, ching".

I felt bad for the passengers, but it was one of the evils of operating out of LGA. Not enough gates, ramp space or runways. You can only fill out so many reports.

As the saying went: "If you're 20 minutes late, you're on-time"

4:02 YYZ-EWR! 3 aircraft swaps, and first-flight-of-the-day checks for each of 'em. 9:24 block for the day and 15:30 on the duty clock.......

The sEWeR kicked my butt yesterday. If it could've gone wrong, it did....with the exception of having to declare an emergency (glad for that one)!

We're block or better too....but I'll be woefully under-guarantee this month so a day like that means zilch for my bank account. :insane:

My worst was a 4 hour block for a EGL-DEN flight. Number 40 to start engines, behind all these business jets. There must have been a rich person convention or something.

You go into EGL, you should expect business jets. We go into JFK, LAX, or others we know we have to deal with the airlines. It is what it is...
