Looking for a airport in S GA with restaurant

Any one know of a good on airport place to eat in South GA. Taking a trip that way tomorrow any help would be great.

According to my sources:

Moultrie Muni has a buffet and a loaner car. Waycross has a BBQ off airport, and also a loaner car. Call ahead, it has been a while...
 
I spent a month in Waycross, GA, this past spring. They do have a loaner car...AND they just had a restaurant open up on the airport while I was there. It is VERY small...(which I like)...and it took up the old weather service station building. FBO offers the golf cart if you don't want to walk. Small airport...slow in terms of traffic. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant is plain-jane but has good food (owned by the local catering company).

But I would call the FBO beforehand to see if that restaurant is still open. If so, get their sweet tea. AMAZING.

Again, don't expect much. But enjoy the good ol' days of small airport flying. I personally love it.

Stormchaser, isnt there a prison near/on field near runway 18?
 
Valdosta, GA has quite a few nice restaurants in town. My co-pilot and I were both pleasantly surprised the last two (and only) times we've been there.
