I had a really good conversation with Ben at NJ2007 and still can't believe this happened to him. His contributions to this forum were very informative and entertaining. RIP my friend....you will be remembered.

Today I thought about this and it made me think, how many times has this happened? Its hard because more or less we all at least knew who Ben was, but what about the people we don't know? It'll just make me think that much more when I see an accident report with fatalities. Kids losing fathers, wives losing husbands...live life while you have one.

I was very sorry to hear what happened. He was a great guy, and I can only imagine what his wife and kids are going through. They will be in my thoughts and prayers.

While I did not know Ben personally, the man with the fishing pole in his mouth was somebody I saw regularly on this site and valued his advice. This whole thing has me a bit shaken. Clear skies and tailwinds.
