I tried to call EM and her voicemail was dated Monday... and said that due to damages in their office they were not allowed into their office and could only be reached by email until further notice...

Great, my file will be the one that got destroyed, and five years later they'll finally remember me.

LOL!!! ferret you sound like the type that don't complain and have a good time anywhere you go! I was initially wanting SHV or maybe LCH because of the Casinos. I could spend every weekend in the Casinos as long as they keep coming with the free drinks..lol I'll play the nickel slots and check out the scenery too!! The only reason I chose LA is to get my foot in the door. FL was my first choice and for some reason I get to go there now. Do your time and transfer!

From SM... PUB6 enroute (ZDC) person got a class date today for Feb 1. HOWEVER, he requested the later class date for personal reasons.

hah well i live in LA so im used to how crappy it is down here. (lake charles sucks bad though...im glad you didnt go there!)

So I finally got a hold of my HR rep. She told me that all of the enroute classes are full until the first of the year. boooo! Let the waiting continue.:(

With my luck, I'll get a class date as soon as I blow all of my savings! Then I'll be eating Ramen noodles for 3 months in OKC!

Rumor on the other forum is that they are doing construction on the classrooms in OKC. Essentially cutting down on classroom space in the next few months, but increasing capacity when they finish. So this should be a benefit in the long term. Sure doesn't make me feel any better right now!

What's up with all the Pub 5 and 6 people I have seen getting class dates? Don't get me wrong, I am happy for you, but it just makes me even more confused as to how this process works.
