Second question, if you look on the past flight list there's a flight by the same number that was a 700 that took of from TUS and came back. WTFO?

there is a large aircraft mx facility in tuscan. I am sure you are sending planes there for some sort of overhaul.

For the longest time there were a lot of Independence Air crj's sitting over there. I think skywest has mx over there as well. The only reason I know anything about this is because I have flown that pattern more times then one can count.

Nope....PCL may have a company limitation, but that's it....nothing fleetwide for anyone else

Bombardier has a heavy check facility in TUS. They do mx for MAG, SkyWest, and other CRJ operators. Mostly they do -700/-900 heavy mx. They are also one of the few mx facilites in the North America other than the Bombardier factory that can perform major structural repairs.
