Having now seen the reserve language in the TA, I agree, ya'll would be insane to vote that in. It's absolute crap and I'm really happy to see that there is some political action taking place to slap those that even considered it acceptable.

It's quite refreshing to be honest.

Our MEC was pretty gung-ho about bring PBS on property even after the company sent 80 of us to the street. When word got out that they were sending another 56, it seemed as if our MEC had a change of heart and finally decided it was a wasted endeavor if they were going to keep sending guys out. No need to speed up that process. Thankfully.

Otherwise, I'm fairly confident some political changes would have been coming. Either way, status rep / MEC elections this fall for us. It'll be nice to see some changes, hopefully.

A great deal of my job deals with arbitrations. Believe me when I tell you that you can never count on certain results from arbitrations. Arbitrations are final and binding, and rarely do they go as planned. If your people are saying that they know how it will go, then trust me, they don't have any "street cred."

Uh, well...if you talk to a good lawyer that's pretty much what they'll say. A good lawyer could get a murderer cleared of charges.

From my perspective, this thread is more about optimism vs. pessimism, lol.
