Is the usual hernia check (i.e. turn your head and cough) a standard part of an aviation physical?

I only ask because I've found some docs do, some don't.

It is standard but some docs don't think it is important so they skip it.

So is it important to you? If you find a hernia are you going to deny a medical until it is repaired?
