How about a new job....

In Saudi Arabia. :dunno:

Just have a question about Saudi Arabia. Anyone done any flying or lived there that can give me some insight? I am considering something but I am not sure about doing it. Would be a one year contract, secure compound, transportation, and medical.

I have done some initial research online through the state department. Not really a sunny picture as far as foreign nationals go, especially american. I just want some inside info from anyone who has been there.

Job is non-aviation, but pay is really good. I am also wondering if my Marine Corps background would be an issue.

Thanks in advance!

Weather mod?

I think by weather mod he means when they drop particles out of the airplane into the air so that moisture has something to cling to even when the atmosphere isn't saturated, then clouds, then rain. I think NOAA or someone does this in the US during drought.

If it's the flight school over there I heard most of their instructors have left because of poor conditions but that's second hand information.
