Says the FA I mean CFI.I really didn't think they would need a FA because I am sure they have Pilot's lined up outside the door willing to accept a job making 14 dollars an hour and cleaning up dog and cat turd in a 1900.

Yeah, hey, thanks for "stealing" our Omaha routes. Paybacks are hell!
For the remedial, massive![]()
Mostly because at 51 seconds, it isn't a 1900 they are in front of but I think it's an Electra
they are booked solid for 2 months
they could get even more business if they focused on flights from chicago and new york to florida and arizona, thats when you'll see a sister airline called 'snowbird air' or 'senior citizen air' with discounts to aarp members![]()
Pet Airways said:Pet Airways
Starting on December 4, 2009 Pet Airways will be flying from New York to Ft. Lauderdale, and we’d love to have you on board. Tell your 2-legged parents that you want to join them in the sunny state for the winter. Tell them that if they book early, before October 31, 2009 they will save $50 off the fare. That’s money they can use to buy a new swimsuit, or a few margaritas by the pool for themselves.
...but the pet variant has more than 19 seats (kennels)!
LoL, oh man this thread is great... :laff:Ever walked into a pet store / animal shelter with a buncha dogs in crates?
Imagine shooting an ILS to mins with 50 yelping dogs behind you, in a 1900 without a door.. Awesome!
This might serve to fill another niche, too. Depends on how they want to take it, though. Right now, there is ONE airline that will transport venomous snakes. And, no, it's not FedEx. They won't take them anymore. If that airline stops, well, that's gonna put a serious kink in the plans of a lot of zoos that use them to transport animals to and from other zoos. We do a lot of swap outs with St Louis and several northern zoos. For example, we just sent a green mamba to somewhere in Illinois. If we couldn't send them on the airline, we're looking at a LOOOOONG ride in a truck in a crate with some serious climate control issues.
I'm pretty sure AMF would do it! I want that thing locked (multiple locks!) in a box if I'm flying it though!

I imagine it would depend on the contracted freight carrier. Neither FedEx nor UPS will take venomous reptiles due to liability issues. Delta is the only one doing it right now.
AMF does a lot of charter and flying independent of the "Big 3". Up until recently I believe the majority of the flying was independent. I'm not speaking on behalf of the company, but if the money's right AMF will fly it.![]()
Probably. But do you guys even operate in MEM anymore?![]()

Headline News: Denver, CO
It was raining cats n' dogs today following a "in flight breakup" of a timed out old Beech 1900 enroute to Denver.
