Why would they condemn this? The airlines are at the root of the drive to introduce user fees for general aviation. For some reason, it is perceived that we play a role in the massive delays at the hub airports, and that charging us to shoot an ILS at some BFE airport is going to help that.

Our aviation system is superior to "the rest of the world." We don't pay more, cause our income/fuel taxes already do pay for our NAS and pilot's shouldn't have to pay more to use a public airport. Shoot, if we have user fees, might as well as switch to metric and start using the euro. :banghead:

We already pay via fuel tax, ticket surcharges, and all the other fees. Do you think those are going to go away too?

I know I had to pay around $30 grand for all of my flight training, I'm aware of the B.S. that is behind all of this tax. People who want to fly for pleasure, someday might think twice.
