Anyone have anything on any jobs in Ohio? Probably going to lose my instructing job for the summer due to a lack of students...
Any help would be appreciated. 600TT 33ME CFI
 
Unless things pick up probally not much.. Even skypark is looking like it will be slow and its usually swamped here.. I did see on Preimers website they were looking for instructors but not sure how often they update their website.

Summer always sucks at Kent. A few years ago I talked to them after I graduated and they weren't even bringing anyone else on until fall..."maybe".

Lol..not goin to American Winds. And we're suffering because of the fact that tuition goes up in the summer and none of the students really have a place to live for 3 months. Supposedly we're getting a bunch of chinese students next spring. ugh.
 
I am in the same spot, and there really is not that much in Ohio right now. Ive tried calling my old flight school near KYNG and they are seeing a big slow down too. Try looking near cbus, Ive heard some unverified rumors of stuff at the osu airport. Also try looking near the burke lake front area. I talked to a flight school up there and they said they might be needing some help in a month or two. Good luck

So Minitour are you from around the KYNG area? I only ask because it would take someone from the area to find that question as funny as you did. (not going to lie i did too...)

No, you are not getting Chinese students at Kent. They are coming to the U.S. under Kent's I-20 program but they are not actually training at Kent. They actually should be showing up this summer if all goes well.

Toss an app in to Premier. The website was wrong over the last 6 months but pending a contract it may be true again in the very near future.
