Go easy on me

Hello, all!

First post here, so go easy on the newbie... My name is Nomer. I've lurked on JC for a while, but never got around to actually posting, because of the comprehensive collection of knowledge among all of you folks.

Just like many on here, flying has always been a dream. I'm saving up to try to knock out my private while going to community college - I need to make sure that it's something I really want to do as a career. My back up I'm working towards is going to be either Economics or Math.

Just wanted to introduce myself and also say thanks to Doug for creating JC and for all the info from everybody else! Cheers!:rawk:

Sounds like a very smart plan - welcome aboard!

Welcome! I, too, love the avatar....although I don't look at it as women being "complicated." The way I see it, men are "simple." ;) :)

Welcome welcome. Have fun with the flight training, keep us updated on your progress. (and i also love the avatar :))

Welcome, I have some videos on You tube that kind of show you what can be done if you have a pilots license and an airplane. If you have lurked on here for a while you may already found these. But, if you haven't you can find them here: www.youtube.com/skybobb . I have some of the back country of Idaho, and some of places in Oregon. I hope you stick with the flying idea.

I don't disagree with that.
Welcome! How can I get one of those remotes?
If you want one for men, it's easy: beer, food, scantily-clad women, or some combination thereof.

Thanks, Bob. I have seen a few of them. When I get in the air I'll have to track you down. I need some good new camping spots.

If you like camping you need to check out JOHNSON CREEK AIRPORT WEBCAM. Not right now as you will see snow, but in the summer time it is great for camping. They also have a couple of vans so you can go to Yellow Pine. If you are there at the right time of the year you can take in the harmonica festival. It is the big event of the year.

Welcome to JC!
Lurk if you like, but don't hesitate to question- there's a wealth of knowledge available here. Search the past forums, many topics have been discussed in deatail.
for example,...Boobs.
Good selection on the avatar- wish I'd thought of it!

Yep glad your here. Great bunch on JC.

Always remember that men are like bottle rockets and women are like diesel engines. P.S. watch Comedy Channel and Jeff Foxworthy will explain.:D
