A La Jolla helicopter pilot who turned up in an Internet video showing him engaged in sexual acts with a porn actress while flying over the city has had his wings clipped – again.

 On Wednesday, the Federal Aviation Administration issued an emergency revocation of the commercial pilot's license of David Keith Martz. He must surrender his license and will not be allowed to fly, said FAA spokesman Ian Gregor.
 
Well, you know what they say---there's only enough blood in a man's body to go to one head at a time. Apparently his blood has taken the southern route. :crazy: What a jackass. I'm sure the people of La Jolla are breathing a sigh of relief.

Im pretty sure this was Tommy Lee's pilot. I heard something about this a few weeks ago before he was tried.
 
At first I thought he lost his license just for being in a porno, but it makes sense now seeing that he made giggity in the chopper then put it on the interweb.

I think they dumb part here is filming it.
