The Official "Waiting For FOL From LA PEPC" Thread

so i called the medical devision to make sure I was medically cleared and she sent my info to B.R. at 9am. B.R. said she didnt get anything so I called back to check and make sure. She told me she didnt want to hear anything about it. To leave her alone CLICK.

Wowwwwwww that hurt bad.
 
I was offered April 15th. I asked for a delayed class date because I just had a litter of puppies and I didn't want my wife to have to find them homes all by herself. They gave me May 18th so I could wrap my stuff up. I thought it was very nice of them to work around what I wanted.

Is anyone else going on May 18th?

Oh also, what was the last day of you en-routers class that start on April 15th?
 
Its appears that enroute people are getting first dips or do you all have the same HR person? Does any one terminal from LA have a date yet?
my envious meter is rising!!!
 
Got a call from my HR Rep today. All my Clearances are in, but no class date for me, as expected. She told me that SLC Tower was one of the facilities on hold right now while and she did not know when the hold was going to be lifted. Again, something I already knew...
 
It's a bit odd that so far everyone got a verbal FOL by phone from their HR Rep., and at this point in the KC PEPC all the FOL's came by e-mail. By any chance have all the people who received a call been calling thier Rep to follow up alot? Maybe they were first priority to be notified, anyway I would assume most of the FOL's will be out this week as next week the HR team will have to start processing the PUBNAT 3 PEPC graduates already.

They call first to see if you are ABLE to make the class date, then you get the FOL via email...
 
my place of employment just got the recommendation letter today. the questions that are asked on there seemed a little odd and definately seemed to be stuff that should be confidential but i have no worries my boss is cool
 
I emailed HR yesterday and I was told that all of my clearances are in now and that he was just waiting for the ATO to release my facility to him, and then he will be contacting me for a class date....hopefully it won't be too long!...I am tower by the way
 
I got the exact same e-mail as buckeye. Clearly those references letters don't really matter considering none of my references got one
 
yeah so contacted my HR rep to see how the process was going, she said i wasn't medically cleared, so called again to Pacific Region, and i AM cleared, so great this is holding up my process, any recommendations? Have another email into her...

I just want a class date, and she said that everything was full, so June or later for me. :( what a bummer!!

The only perk...is she has gotten back to me within a half hour via email...so that is a good thing i guess! :) Hope for others...
