NWA to Joint NWA/DAL agreement - flowback resolution.

As long as DALPA doesn't press the issue with them, the fetid corpse of the RJDC remains buried.

I won't feel safe until the fetid corpses of Ford and Cooksey themselves remain buried.

But yes, it is all about perspective. The same perspective that created the first RJDC issues is the same perspective and power grab that will ignore RJDC v2.0.

Oye. Have you been flying with Johnny B. lately? The ATR lifers are corrupting the RJ ranks now.

Just say no to RJDC. :banghead:

:yeahthat:

Our Negotiating Committee Chairman err... "appropriated" one of their coffee mugs a few months ago while in a meeting. It's pretty funny seeing him drink out of it.

Plus it only applies to future airplanes, and if I remember correctly DL is already at its maximum limit of 70+ seat airplanes.

Well, they did just extend it 26 more airframes, so that proves there's no hard limit. And if it's just for new aircraft, why even have the LOA unless there's some future plans in the works....

The extra planes were due to a grievance settlement due to ambiguity of the JPWA language. That has been corrected.

I'm very much for the Compass staple, though. I really really hope we are able to push that through. Any of my DAL boys with me?

Johnny B. isnt JoeMerchant, is it?

The max of 70+ seat airplanes did not change, it is still capped at 255. What changed was the number of 76 seat airplanes. It was capped at 126 or so, that is what changed.
