Thank you for the clarification on this. It's getting a little confusing, but it seems like the ball is rolling. I hope the contractor gets their act together and sheds some light on this situation.

Im just speculating but I agree with :yeahthat: in addition to: Some of the people recieved their emails in opposite order. Instead of receiving your email with pepc info and the job location, they got the email telling them they are selected but no job location. I received both emails one with my job location and the other with forms to fill out to return to my assigned HR rep. I hope this makes sense.

Does anyone know how the process works if your first pick isn't hiring but you second is?

I know people are getting emails about the Denver Center, my close friend got one today at 4 CTS and I selected CO as my second choice to Utah, who from what I've heard, is under a hiring freeze right now. Even with my high test score, will I be selected after people who picked CO first?

Apparently your preferences receive the same consideration, meaning UT isn't your first choice and CO isn't your second choice... they're just your two choices that carry equal weight in the selection.
