Well thought Id make a new one hahahhaa. People at the PEPC said 6-8 weeks before clearances are in. That puts us at April May June class dates at the earliest.
 
No you should get your FOL before that they said 6-8 weeks before you should start freaking out. Its going to depend on how long it takes them to do the security clearance and when you can accept a class date.
 
I emailed B.R. yesterday about a guess at class dates
She told me "She hasnt the slightest Clue"

Haha what that means Im assuming is wait 6-8 weeks then email me back and ill acknowledge your existence. :laff:
 
can we call to find out if we passed the psych (not that i am worried but they said the results came back the next day) I dont wanna be a pest considering my pepc was on january 26th.
 
If you havent heard anything yet regarding your psych test, don't worry about it. Its actually the least of your worries.
 
From what they told us, the psych eval is not the biggest concern, as if you don't pass you just have to take it again and talk to a shrink to get cleared. You don't automatically get thrown out. It will however add quite a bit of time to the process, so lets all keep our fingers crossed that we aren't perceived as nuts :crazy:
 
hello all. i was at the KC PEPC. just letting you know that most of my clearances were in 5 days after my PEPC. whatever they told you about dates on FOL's, take with a grain of salt. they told us we would receive an FOL within 30 days. my PEPC date was 11/21 and i received my FOL (only after I called for a date) about 2 weeks ago. my rep THEN told me that you will only get your FOL when you are seated in a class. this was the exact same rep that told us it would be 30 days. good luck with your HR rep. they also switched our rep without telling us. to get the earliest date, we had to continually call our rep until she picked up. good luck with it all!

Who do you call about clearances? Your HR Rep?
 
The LA PEPC was awesome, the guy that interviewed me was a supervisor from the NORCAL Tracon, he was so,cool, reassuring, and helpful that any of my anxiety instantly went away. I insta signed the TOL (didn't even read it) and moved through the medical, psyc and security with relative ease. The flight surgeon from OKC was super cool too.
Can't wait for an FOL, I don't care if I have to wait a year for the academy, just ship teh FOL already

Congrats to everyone I meet in LA, hope to see everyone in OKC

Did anyone recieve an e-mail asking for military background again? I have no military experience, but the day before yesterday I recieved an email asking me to fill out some forms if I did.

Whenever they asked me to fill out something I'd already sent in, I replied telling them I sent it in on <date> and sent it to <this person>. They usually said ok and left me alone. Same thing with all those forms that came with the FOL. I just ignored the ones I'd already filled out.
