Cockpit excercises?

So recently I've been having some frustrating back pain and I'm wondering if anyone has come up with ways to deal with said issue. Or a linky to ideas for use in the cockpit. Thanks!

I do a form of crunches on longer flights... not really noticable to the other guy, just a constriction of the abdomen for several reps. I also carry around a hand gripper in my flight case, very easy way to pass the time.

Stretching is also good and easy, but seat placement and posture really are kickers for me and my back.

I'm interested in some ideas from the gallery as well.

Yeah get off the Chieftain, the seats that Amflight has in them are incredibly uncomfortable!

dont need to tell me twice. I hate that bulkhead that restricts the chair from leaning back a little more...

Maybe this thread will benefit you as well. We were just discussing that very topic:

haha just noticed that when I went to check this thread.

FWIW, I ran across this site on some browsing. A few could be done in the cockpit I suppose.
