GPS Coordinates for navaids?

Awhile ago somebody posted a link to a database for GPS coordinates for airports and navaids, for a non aviation GPS sort of deal. I can't remember who posted it or what the thread was about.

Does anyone know what I am talking about?

But that is not the one I was referring to. The one had airport and VOR coordinates and was formatted to basically cut and past into a GPS.

no, I think it was an excel file. It had every airport and VOR in the US formatted like:

VOR: 44-49-32.569N 093-27-24.359W
