Escargot is a French dish of snails broiled in garlic butter. They are small smails, and usually served piping hot stuffed back into shells. You pull them out with a little fork, and eat them! I like them, but it's not something I would eat often. Also not the kind of thing I would order on a date. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif
