XO Jet & Jet Suite hiring

For any of you west coast or Californians looking, XO Jet and Jet Suite are hiring Flight Followers. I unfortunately dont know much about these companies other than they are known for flying people with $$$ around in fancy jets. Does any one know much about these 2 companies, pay, operations etc.? This could potentially be ideal for new Dispatcher's looking for experience
 
Being a member of JC qualifies me as a "flight follower", right? Or was that "fellow traveler"?

I'd love to live in Sacramento but at this point it looks like that will have to wait until retirement. Might be a good first job for someone right out of school (especially if they like the area) but it's not true dispatching either - not Part 121 with joint responsibility, etc. - so I don't know if it would help you ever get hired by a major. Based on a quick reading of the positions - and seeing that the JetSuite one involves crew scheduling and mentions having a private pilot license as a desired qualification but makes no mention of a dispatch license being likewise desired - I would tend to avoid applying there. (Plus I am not a big SoCal fan and that one is in Irvine.)
 
Ya I am guessing it is mostly Pt. 91 maybe 135 ops, wouldn't help much with wanting to move to a major right after, just a place to get your foot in the door and after a year or two move to a regional.
