I haven't experienced a Recall before. Let's see if I understand the premise...
The ALPA reps negotiated a TA that +90% voted on and +80% rejected. A recall would elect new reps that would presumably do a better job representing the pilot group's interest. This would be evidenced by the next TA being accepted by the pilot group. Am I close?
Historically speaking, is this the typical course of action following a rejected TA? A recall seems to state that the rejected TA indicates a failure on the part of the reps who negotiated it. I think that's a rather strong statement and that I'd need plenty of info before deciding whom to specifically recall.
