XJT TA Rejected!

Company E-Mail to all Employees:

All:

ExpressJet pilots have voted not to ratify the current tentative collective bargaining agreement.

We are disappointed in the results of the vote. Both sides worked very hard to develop an industry-leading contract that will allow for ExpressJet’s growth and the stability of the company for all of our team members. We will move forward and discuss the next steps with ALPA leadership. I appreciate everyone’s professionalism as we continue to focus on running a safe and reliable operation.

Thanks,
Blah blah blah

***Caution! Rant!!***

Our management team is absolutely clueless and we should get rid of them just like our MEC and ALPA for that matter. Industry-leading contract? Or like ALPA sells it, "Industry leading concessionary contract". Give me a f'ing break! 3 years of negotiating and we got presented this turd of a TA! Growth and Stability? What? There was no carrot! No promises or new aircraft, new flying, nothing! These Assclowns in Atlanta can't make this place profitable, unless they renegotiate our CPAs (specifically United) and get their heads out of their asses and fix some of the operational inefficiencies of this so called "super regional"I have never, ever worked for such an incompetent company and I have never been so embarrassed working for an airline with the operation we have. The last few months, even before the new rest requirements, weather, etc has been an absolute disaster.

Unfortunately nothing will change, we the pilot group will continue to get blamed for everything and the circus will continue.

FUPM ATL and go screw yourself!

Congratulations guys! Seriously impressive considering what 9E and PSA did.

With that said, as a 9E pilot, I'm sorry to have put you in that situation.

So the next move is to the company. You think they will finally buckle and offer one list? I mean it's not out of the realm of possibilities at this point, they really have no cards left to play.
