Im wondering what is the max X-wind that airliners are allowed to takeoff and land with [dry/wet runway] is it 20% ofVs?

Varies by the aircraft, but your usual jet transport has around 30-35kt x-wind allowed.

30 knot crosswind component in my aircraft. Tailwind of up to 10 knots.

But in slippery-wet conditions, I think the limits are a little different, but considering I'm about seven months after recurrent, I'm not too good with my limitations!

32 kts max/30kts single engine. Also, it varies with braking action reports and whether it's an autoland or not.
