Wrong address on medical

Recently got a new medical and didn't realize until after it was printed that it had the wrong address on it. How can I go about getting one with a corrected address?

You may do so in writing at:
Federal Aviation Administration
Aerospace Medical Certification Division, AAM-300
CAMI Building
6500 S. MacArthur Blvd
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169

Since the airman completes the 8500-8 on-line, AME's assume the airman has placed the correct address on the form. You in fact certified the information you submitted was correct.

Its been a while since it happened to me, but I got a medical, thought I had looked it over carefully, signed it, but when I got home realized that they screwed up my address when typing it up.

I forget exactly how I went about fixing it, but I'm pretty sure I either called or emailed them and they sorted it out really quickly. They even gave me a call a little less than a week later to follow up as to whether the new certificate had arrived. I was very impressed with the level of competency and customer service.

Hello,

First post here! I received my Third Class medical and Private Pilot certificate last year during summer 2012. I recently graduated college and moved addresses. While I did update my address with the FAA registry online, my physical medical still shows my college address and my certificate shows my address in Atlanta. I currently live in Greenville, SC. Is this an issue?
