Working outside the US with an FAA lisence

Where can I work with an FAA lisence outside the US? (countries plz)

Usually on any airplane that is U.S. registered. There is some sort of 2of3 rule of thumb. The country's license, its registered airplane, or its borders. You gotta operate within at least 2 of 3 of those. Anybody else heard of this?
