I was always wondering why WN was having so many issues getting an updated TA. But after looking at this picture I realize the whole dispatch budget was going towards monitors. 6+ monitors is a little excessive, no?

It's actually only 5. Two for a Linux box that runs the flight planning client and the other 3 for fusion and whatever other products you need.

There's a me-too clause ensuring 1 additional monitor over what UA/AA/DL have on their desks, with a market rate comparison in two years to ensure screen size and resolution are no more than 10 years out of date.

Looks like new TA had an overwhelming majority vote as of this afternoon. Im sure someone will share the updated all-in payscale shortly. It'll be a substantial raise.

Assistant pay - 98K was 57k
1st year pay - 100k
11 year pay - 177k

new schedule 5-3-5-3-5-6 (2023) 5-3-5-5- (2024). No reserve just relief lines.. Relief has a set rotation of 5-3-5-5

also 205 days work. was 223 days or something like that. So more money - less working days.
