I was working on a roof today at 11a.m. in Ft. Pierce when I hear a very loud roar. Look up and see two F-18 attempting to intercept a small plane. The jets were in slow flight so the noise was high as well as the nose attitude, it was a neat sight. The whole deal took a bit of time. At first the jets were criss crossing in front of him and one did a 180 and I thought he was leaving, but then he really increased he airspeed and did a 90 deg. bank back to take the left side of the little guy and the other settled in off the right wing real close. I think the guy didnt know what to do because he was changing headings from NW to E to N. Kinda wierd. He either busted the adiz with some "special cargo" or maybe lingered around the Nuclear plant and became suspicous. Any one in FPR hear?
