If memory serves me correctly that was a MD81 in either June or July of 2000 . I think the speculation was that either the brakes weren't set or (as that webpage suggests) had its engines accidently started.

Judging from the type of people that the airline hires to clean their airplanes (and I've been around a few of them), this is not far from the relm of reality.

Except for the fact that this accident was cause by mechanics doing an engine runup with out securing the plane, and not by people that clean the plane.
