They have one there, however, what you might be looking for is called a K-Index chart or a Lifted Index chart.
The composite chart is just a set of 3 or 4, all of which are found duat.com.
I went on www.duat.com (need a login) and found the lifted index, freezing level, precipitable... etc.
Man you're a picky one.
