Trying to figure out at work where this shot was taken. Don't think it's Tampa Bay, but could be wrong. South Florida perhaps?

You're right. After I posted, I did some searching of the S. Florida satellite map. Then went into Bing's bird's eye view mode - there's an arch structure along the intercoast there (straight down from the engine) that still remains there.
