If it were me, which it's not, and probably for good reason, I would talk about how what you think you want when you're a teenager is almost certainly not what you really want. I would encourage them to expand their experience rather than listen to mine, to derive some benefit from their education, and to pursue the things that are challenging and resonant to their souls...which in most cases isn't going to be operating an aviation appliance. Call me bitter, but I like to imagine the youth of today don't really want to be the bus drivers of tomorrow.
