What must be in your flightbag?

I was just moving stuff from one bag to another and I was wondering what all you guys keep in your flight bags? What stuff do you consider a must? What stuff to you carry just for fun?

I was all pissed off today about something and happened to be flipping through channels and who do you think I saw? Bob Ross. About 2.4 seconds later, I felt so calm and mellow that I just had to honor him in my own little way.

Whiskey flask, and a pack of Camel's. Unfiltered.

Seriously, basic handheld GPS, vertex standard radio, low altitude enroute, plates, sectional, pens, small steno book, LED red/white flashlight, barf bags. I keep all of the above in a headset bag. MikeD suggests a current AF/D as well, but it doesn't really fit in the bag.
